Hello and welcome to my first blog, please bear with me. I'm very  new to computers beside checking my emails. I  am very sorry for any errors in my blogs .
Today I had coffee with a dear friend of mine. We have not seen each other in many years but it just seemed to fit like the years not never past us. And at this meeting I realized that as much pain that has been in me with my loss, I know that I have a life filled with wonderful things and great people, Please look a round and you will find the joy that you can have in your's. I haven't given up on life and I hope you haven't either. I encourage everyone to stop and have coffee with a friend. If you can't find anyone know I'm always up for a cup. I know you will feel some much better. Just talk, laugh and cry be real to your self and let it out. Please feel free to email your blog.
