Well as my weekend comes to a end (way to fast) and we start a new week. I wanted to tell you about somethings that help me get through some hard times. I had to remember grief lasts a life time. You will go through many different stages of grief.
but here are some tips I came up with.I call it R.E.S.T very easy to remember.
R-rest, relax and reabsorb everything you are going through
E.easier it does get easier
    each person deals with death different.
    embrace your self and love ones.
S. support from family and friends,group meetings, online chats.Also my biggest one I can't stress enough SLOW down and just be alone with your thoughts.
T. time to heal and deal with everything going on, Talk about it
how your really feeling.Even if you don't want to let it out.
I hope these tips can help you as much as they have helped me.
Please be patient this process takes time and you need to work through all the layers of grief, So if you need to take a afternoon nap or a hot bath.Grief is a exhausting process emotionally. Follow what feels healing to you.Getting back into routine can help. Don't underestimate the healing effects of small pleasures, a walk with your dog, reading a book, going to church, you're favorite foods.all are steps towards regaining your life back, little by little and we will be there.
