Friday is here and what a great Friday it is going to be.. I love starting the day with a long run with my bestie Jess... then I am going shopping.. I love retail  therapy I think our insurance companies should consider covering shopping.. Just like they do for other therapies... that would be wonderful. So that is what I am doing this beautiful Friday. I am planning a quite Friday. I have to stop by and have a visit with Kat today also.. Please have a great weekend I know I will..

OK I so love shopping I think it is the best thing to do.. I got the cuties pair of shoes and a little dress already for my big dinner coming up.....next week wow that went by fast.
