Today is a great day for a long run... and that is what I will be doing. Putting on my sneakers and just running.. Thank God I have the friends that I have. So Jess get ready to run today, cause I so need it...
One day at a time.. Change can be hard and scary but I can't let that stop me.. I am looking to the future, no more looking in the past.. I know I will make it..... it will not be easy but the best things in life are the things you have to work hard at.  Standing on my own two feet for the first time every, WOW this is a big step for me... but I am ready for it.....:0)
